The wines must be from quality producers, stored according to all the rules of the art, and pass our final quality assurance when the wine arrives at our warehouse.

Abruzzo
Abruzzo, one of the most wild and scenic regions in Italy. It is located in the middle of the boot country's east coast towards the Adriatic Sea.
Geographically, Abruzzo is defined by a dramatic contrast: to the west we find the highest peaks of the Apennines (Gran Sasso), and to the east the land drops steeply towards the sunny coastline. This creates a perfect tunnel of cool mountain air and warm sea air, which gives the famous Montepulciano d'Abruzzo its unique character.

Storage
Store the bottle horizontally at 12–14°C and avoid direct sunlight, vibrations, and temperature fluctuations.
Opening
Allow the bottle to stand upright for 24–48 hours before opening to allow sediment to settle. Use a professional corkscrew and open carefully.
Enjoyment
Serve at 17–18°C and be patient – there is a great difference in how and how quickly wines open up when they are aerated.
