Château du Vieux-Guinot Saint Émilion Grand Cru 1985 er en fransk rødvin fra den historiske producent Vignobles Rollet SA, hvis rødder kan spores helt tilbage til etableringsåret 1729. Vinen er aftappet på selve slottet og bærer klassifikationen Appellation St Émilion Grand Cru Contrôlée. Denne udgave præsenteres i en flaske på 1500 ml med en alkoholprocent på 12,2 %.
Vinen stammer fra Saint Émilion, som er beliggende på Bordeauxs højre bred øst for selve byen Bordeaux. Storage
Store the bottle horizontally at 12–14°C and avoid direct sunlight, vibrations, and temperature fluctuations.
Opening
Allow the bottle to stand upright for 24–48 hours before opening to allow sediment to settle. Use a professional corkscrew and open carefully.
Enjoyment
Serve at 17–18°C and be patient – there is a great difference in how and how quickly wines open up when they are aerated.
